Patrick Mahomes is undoubtedly one of the all-time great NFL quarterbacks. But thereâs one thing he isnât that great at: being a hairstylist.
At least, thatâs according to his wife, Brittany Mahomes. The soon-to-be mom of three posted the hilarious (and painful) result of asking the Kansas City Chiefs star to help her take out a complicated hairstyle. Per People, the snap showed a mass of small elastic bands and a fair amount of his wifeâs blonde locks tangled up in there (ouch).
âDoes anyone elseâs husband go to take their hair out and thinks he can just pull these right out of your hair?â she wrote. ââCause, yeah, mine did that last night.â
Donât worry, though: The top-tier WAG recovered well enough to rock a chic and classic cold-weather game-day âfit, styling her hair in smooth blonde waves adorned by a pair of white fur earmuffs for Sundayâs Chiefs game versus the Cleveland Browns.

Unfortunately, Patrick Mahomes had to leave the game early because of an injured ankle (the Chiefs still won 21-7). In a press conference after the game, the quarterback says heâs focused on feeling better by next week to face off against the Houston Texans.
âYou just do what you have to do to get back, and I think thatâs the most important thing,â he said, according to ESPN. âAnd now we just get back to the rehab part, the treatment part, and try to get ourselves ready on a short week against a good football team.â
