The menu includes a starter of Smoked Duck Confit with spiced Labneh, roasted fig, and crispy duck skin, a main course of Grape Leaf-Wrapped Whole Branzino with oregano cream sauce, lemon herb potatoes, and roasted vegetables, and a Chocolate Tart with raspberry Mousse and cherry compote for dessert. This special menu is exclusively available for Valentine’s Day and costs $145 per couple.

The Olive & Sea restaurant will have its full menu, which features popular spreads and mezzes with bread, salatas and an assortment of appetizers such as fried halloumi bites and charred octopus as starters. The menu will also include large plates, which consist of succulent skewers like fennel-dusted swordfish, shawarma spiced beef, and za’atar garlic chicken, and main plates like grilled gulf snapper and shawarma-spiced burger, among other indulgent dishes that can be made to order.
