Another stellar option for a bachelorette trip that’s catered toward a bride who loves to eat, drink, and jam out to live music is, of course, the Big Easy. And there are few places in America that are as simply fun as New Orleans, like its unofficial motto, “Laissez les bons temps rouler” (Let the good times roll), implies. To that end, make sure you treat yourself well while you’re here: Eat the bananas foster at Brennan’s, sip a French 75 at Arnaud’s, go vintage shopping on Magazine Street, take in a jazz show at Preservation Hall on Bourbon Street in the French Quarter, or idle away while sipping wine and listening to music at one of our favorite gems, Bacchanal. As for where to stay: We love the design of The Eliza Jane, in The Unbound Collection by Hyatt. Located inside revitalized 19th-century warehouses (once home to The Daily Picayune and named for its publisher), between the serene courtyard oasis and muted pink Wes Anderson color scheme, it’s a pitch-perfect mix of old and new. Another favorite in Nola is International House Hotel, whose on-site bar Loa serves some of the city’s coolest cocktails.

Palm Beach, Florida
There’s Florida, and then there’s Palm Beach. Long known for being a more refined sister to wilder spots like Miami, this beach town on a barrier island boasts super-clear waters, some of the state’s best shopping, and hotels that are perfect for a long weekend of pampering.
